Veg Lemon Soup

1 cups grated vegetables (mushrooms, Cabbage, Carrot)  

5 inch long lemon grass or 1 tsp. grated lemon skin

4 tablespoon lemon juice

4 cups Vegetable stock or normal water

1 tablespoon soya sauce

¼ teaspoon ajinomoto (non-compulsory)

½ teaspoon White pepper powder

Salt to taste

2 tablespoon corn flour, (dissolved in 1 cup cold water)


For The Garnish

2 tablespoons chopped spring onions


For The Serving

Chopped chillis into lemon juice

Soya sauce



Step 1

Add all the ingredients together into a sauce pan and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Step 2

Pour the dissolved corn flour into soup and cook till the soup completely ready.

Step 3

Now garnish with chopped spring onion then serve hot with serving ingredients.
