Ingredients (For the Marinate)
1 cup hang curd
1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
½ teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwine)
½ tablespoon crushed red chili powder
2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder (deggi mirch)
1 teaspoon Crushed dry fenugreek leaf (kasoori methi)
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1 tablespoon Mustard oil (sarso tail)
1 tablespoon Roasted gram flour (bhoona channa powder)
Salt to taste
300 grams canned button mushroom
4 onions (cut in square cubes)
4 capsicums (cut in square cubes)
4 tomatose (cut in square cubes)
Ingredients (For The Taste Enhance)
2 tablespoon Butter (for grilling)
1 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
1 teaspoon Chaat masala to sprinkle
Take a big bowl and mix well all the ingredients as written under marinate.
now put all the key ingredients into marinate mixture and mix well or until all the mushrooms nicely coated and let them marinate for at least one hour or 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
Before 20 minutes of grill preheat the oven at 250°C.
Arrange the marinated mushrooms and vegetables pieces on the skewer. Keep the distance in the middle of mushrooms and vegetables pieces.
Put the skewer into preheated oven/Grill, Grease with the melted butter all the sides of paneer and vegetables pieces then let cook until the browned on top.
After browned take out the mushrooms and vegetables pieces together in a bowl.
Now add all the ingredients written under Taste Enhance into this and mix well then serve hot.
