  • 2 Tablespoons toor dal
  • 12 dry red chillies
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon oil


Step 1

Clean and Mix all the ingredients into a bowl then keep a side.

Step 2

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a frying pan on slow flame, add all the mixed spices into this and roast until they produce aroma. After this take out from the heat and let cool.

Step 3

Now Put all the spices into food processor jar and grind until the powder.

Step 4

Keep this powder in an airtight container.
