Crispy Honey Chicken

ingredients

[For the Marination]

500 grams boneless Chicken cut in small cubes

2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

1/2 tablespoons Black pepper crushed

1 tablespoon vinegar

2 teaspoon soya sauce

4 green chilli chopped

3 tablespoon corn flour

2 table spoon wheat flour

Salt to taste

[For The sauce]

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

4 tablespoon honey

2 onions, cut in thin sliced

2 tablespoon chopped garlic

1tablespoons spring onion

1 teaspoon white pepper powder

½ teaspoon ajinomoto

2 tablespoon red chilli sauce

2 tablespoon green chilli sauce

1 tablespoon tomato sauce

1 tablespoon vinegar

4 table spoon white sesame seeds (toasted)

Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Mix well all the Marination ingredients in a deep bowl and let them marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.

Step 2

Heat 500 ml of oil in a deep frying pan or kadai then fry all the marinated chicken pieces until the golden brown, strain well excess oil and keep aside.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a frying pan then add chopped garlic, ginger, onion and sauté for few seconds now add the fried chicken pieces then stir fry on high flame for 1 minutes.

Step 4

Add all the remaining ingredients except chopped spring onion and cook on high flame until the sauce coated on the chicken pieces. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on the chicken pieces.

Step 5

Now take out the pan from gas then transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
