Chicken Sheek kebab

For The Marinate

500 grams chicken mince, (chicken keema)

1 egg beaten

4 tablespoon fine chopped Ginger-garlic

2 onions fine chopped

2 tablespoon fine chopped green coriander

1 tablespoon fine chopped green chilli

4 tablespoon Lemon juice

½ teaspoon Turmeric powder

2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder (deggi mirch)

2 teaspoon red chilli flacks 

1 teaspoon Garam masala

2 tablespoons corn flour 

Salt to taste


For the Baste

50 grams butter



For The Taste Enhance

2 tablespoon Butter

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves

1 teaspoon Chaat masala



Step 1

Take a big bowl and put all the ingredients of marinate into this.

Step 2

Mix all these ingredients until well texture and let them marinate for at least four hours in refrigerator.

Step 3

Before 20 minutes of grill preheat the oven at 250°C.

Step 4

Display the marinated texture on the skewer and finish a good shape of sheek kebab with your hand.

Step 5

Put the skewer into preheated oven/tandoor and Grill, Grease with the melted butter all the sides of kebab then let cook until the browned on top.

Step 6

After browned put of the kebabs from the skewer.

Step 7

Cut required quantity of kebabs and add into a bowl then add all the ingredients written under Taste Enhance into this then toss and mix well.

Step 8

Now display on the serving platter with onion slice, tomato slice and lemon slice then serve.
